Thanks to a partnership between Link Media and the estate of Ol' Dirty Bastard, soon just about anyone will be able to sing the classic refrain "Hey, Dirty, baby I got your money!" with a modicum of truth. Yes, you too will be able to enter the 36 chambers of blockchain-based cryptocurrency with Dirty Coin, the official e-coin of ODB. This latest celebrity-backed computer lettuce is being launched to help bankroll future releases from ODB's estate — including an album from his son, Young Dirty Bastard. Quoth YDB:

"Bitcoin is the future of money and all the fans want a part of the future of Ol' Dirty Bastard. In the past, Dad's music was ahead of its time, so it makes sense that he would be ahead of the technology of money now."

Dirty Coin may also be used to unlock exclusive merchandise and media from ODB (that is one legitimate gripe to have with paper currency: it does not unlock enough exclusive content). Only time will tell if this latest Wu-related money will fare better than CREAM Coin, the currency Ghostface Killah launched in 2017 that has yet to infiltrate everyday life.
