Danzig Set to Rock Luxembourg, Czech Republic on European Jaunt
March 14, 2018 | by James Greene, Jr.
The eponymous debut LP from Danzig is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. To mark what we can all agree is a very auspicious occasion, Glenn Danzig and whomever is in his namesake band at this point are playing a stretch of concerts come August across Europe. Included in the dates are rare stops in Luxembourg and the Czech Republic; in fact, if two minutes of Googling is correct, this will be the first time Danzig has performed in either country. What an unprecedented twist of cain!
The dates are as follows:
08/02 - Wacken, Germany (Wacken Open Air)
08/03 - Luxembourg, Luxembourg (Den Atelier)
08/04 - Cologne, Germany (Live Music Hall)
08/06 - Glasgow, Scotland (Barrowlands)
08/07 - London, England (Brixton Academy)
08/09 - Wiesbaden, Germany (Schlachthof)
08/10 - Munich, Germany (Tonhalle)
08/11 - Jaromer, Czech Republic (Brutal Assault)
Danzig's most recent disc, Black Laden Crown, was released in May 2017 and earned a C+ from No Recess!.
