Cat Walks Across Piano in First Trailer for Queen Biopic

May 15, 2018 | by James Greene, Jr.

On November 2, the world will finally see the long-in-gestation Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody from director Dexter Fletcher (who came aboard the project just last year, six years into production). The first trailer has been released and it suggests all the requisite fence posts of the rock group biopic are hit — roaring crowds, banter in the studio, behind the scenes tensions, and, of course, a cat walking across a piano.

Bohemian Rhapsody stars Rami Malek as late singer Freddie Mercury, Ben Hardy as drummer Roger Taylor, Joseph Mazzello as bassist John Deacon, Gwilym Lee as guitarist Brian May, and current "Gong Show" host Mike Myers in an unspecified role. Fingers crossed this film goes into detail about how they wrote the theme for Flash Gordon.
