D.C. Trio Ex Hex Release New Single From Upcoming LP "It’s Real”

Via The Fader, Ex Hex (lead by Mary Timony of Helium and solo material under her own name) has announced the upcoming release of their sophomore record, coming five years after their really excellent 2014 debut, Rips.

It’s Real is set to release on March 22 via Merge, and the band has also unleashed a tasty morsel today with garage rock meets psychedelic single “Cosmic Cave.”

Ex Hex will kick off a tour in April to support It’s Real, check out the dates here.
