Bikini Kill to Play Three Shows This Spring

Riot grrrl pioneers Bikini Kill have announced three reunion concerts for Spring 2019 in New York and Los Angeles. Aside from a one song performance in 2017 at a New York release event for Jenn Pelly's book about the Raincoats, Bikini Kill hasn't played a full show together since their 1997 dissolution. Guitarist Erica Dawn Lyle will take over for Billy Karren but the rest of the founding lineup will be involved — Kathleen Hanna, Tobi Vail, and Kathi Wilcox.
